How are credits calculated? ↓
Audio Fingerprinting (Song ID) costs exactly 3 credits per successful identification. AI Audio Analysis charges 1 credit per second of audio — a 3-minute song needs 180 credits. AI Stem Splitter charges 1 credit per second of the uploaded song, charged once, and failed splits are refunded automatically.
Do credits expire? ↓
Monthly subscription credits are valid for the current billing month and do not carry over. Free credits reset monthly. One-time credit packs never expire — they stay in your account until you use them, even if your subscription ends.
In which order are my credits used? ↓
Free and trial credits are spent first, then your current month's subscription credits. One-time purchased credits are only used after those are exhausted, so your never-expiring balance lasts as long as possible.
What are the limitations of the free plan? ↓
Free users get 100 credits when not logged in, or 200 credits/month (~3.3 minutes) when logged in. Only supports MP3 format (max 10MB), basic analysis features, no export functionality, and results can only be viewed online. No credit card is required.
How do I cancel my subscription? ↓
You can cancel anytime in the customer portal without penalty fees. After cancellation, you can still use remaining credits until the current billing cycle ends. One-time credit packs are single payments, so there is nothing to cancel.
